Regulatory status
MonCore is a technology platform developed by MonTech Group, UAB (company code: 307672605; VAT No.: LT100020826713), registered at Girulių g. 5, LT-12124 Vilnius, Lithuania. MonCore is not a bank, electronic money institution (EMI) or card issuer, does not hold a financial licence in its own name, and does not hold or safeguard customer funds.
Regulated financial activity is designed to be provided by licensed issuers and service providers that operate behind MonCore as configurable rails. MonCore is currently in issuer integration and platform development, and is not yet onboarding third-party customers or operating public production services. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or provision of regulated financial services.
