Operational Status

MonCore remains in private pre-launch development. Public consumer services are not yet operational, and issuer-connected capabilities described on this website are currently being validated in sandbox and staged integration environments.

Service Positioning

MonCore provides financial infrastructure software and program orchestration systems. MonCore is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits.

Regulated financial services such as electronic money issuance, payment processing, IBAN issuance, or card issuing may require licensed institutional partners depending on jurisdiction and program structure.
